From the talk screen of a contact or channel, you'll see Zello's PTT button. Press and hold this button to transmit your voice message.
The PTT button has 3 possible states:

When you're transmitting a message, the PTT button will be outlined in red. This indicates your audio is being recorded. |

The PTT button can be mapped to wireless and Bluetooth headsets, as well as to the iPhone 15's action button. Additionally, users can configure the PTT button to operate in either hold-to-talk (default; press and hold to transmit your message) or toggle (press once to start recording your message and once to end the recording) mode.
