Canceling/Pausing Your Zello Work Subscription

1. 1) Log in to the management console (yournetworkname.zellowork.com) and select Billing from the taskbar. 
   
   
   
2. 2) Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page. Click the Cancel my subscription link, under the Subscription Plan section. Then click Confirm.
